If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from American Building Supply contact our customer service department who will issue a RAN# (Return Authorization Number). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping both ways. If the product was damaged in shipping we will send a replacement and send a call tag to pick up the damaged product. Products must be shipped back in resalable condition or no credit will be issued. Products shipped back without a RAN# will not receive a credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We strongly recommend shipping your return through United Parcel Service (UPS).
