Shipping Policy

All in-stock items will ship within 24 to 48 hours. 12 inch stock width shutters available in 4 colors only for immediate shipment. Other colors two week lead time to ship.

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from American Building Supply contact our customer service department who will issue a RAN# (Return Authorization Number). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping both ways. If the product was damaged in shipping we will send a replacement and send a call tag to pick up the damaged product. Products must be shipped back in resalable condition or no credit will be issued. Products shipped back without a RAN# will not receive a credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We strongly recommend shipping your return through United Parcel Service (UPS).
